Hi, and welcome to www.gwenmoran.com. I'm a freelance writer, and this is the spot where you can find out about some of my latest writing projects, some of my favorite completed projects, and some random areas of interest. (Hey, it is my web site, after all.)

Writing is my passion because it lets me find out about everything from how one person can make a difference to where I want to spend my next long weekend to how you can get customers to bark for their dinner I write for magazines like Entrepreneur, Family Circle, Woman's Day, Across the Board, Family Business and many others.

I'm currently working on a range of editorial projects for book publishers, magazines and corporations. I also do some speaking, some teaching and a bit of consulting with small businesses to help them become bigger businesses. I've got a long, entrepreneurial background, which you can read about here, if you're interested. I also do some ghostwriting, but if I told you about that, then I'd have to...well, you know the rest.

I'm also working on two books, which will be published later this year. The first, Build Your Own Home on a Shoestring, is co-authored with my husband, Henry Nonnenberg, Jr., and Chris Bradley, a licensed general contractor. The second, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Business Plans is co-authored with Sue Johnson, the executive director of the Rartitan Valley Small Business Development Center. Both will be published by Alpha Books.
